Joy Wild Rituals – Shipping & Return Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method selected.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Joy Wild Rituals is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
